Watsco Completes Acquisition of Tennessee-Based HVAC Distributor

COCONUT GROVE, Fla., Apr 15, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Watsco, Inc. (NYSE:WSO) today announced that its business unit, East Coast Metal Distributors, completed the acquisition of The Bill Voorhees Company. Founded in 1959 and based in Nashville, Tennessee, Bill Voorhees has two locations and had revenues in 2009 of approximately $14 million and sells HVAC equipment manufactured by Goodman Manufacturing.
