Dr. Denise Dickins
Dr. Denise Dickins has served as a Board member since 2007. As Professor Emeritus at East Carolina University, Denise brings extensive auditing, accounting, and corporate governance expertise to our Board. Prior to her educational career, she worked in varying capacities for Arthur Andersen LLP, including Partner in Charge of the South Florida Audit Division and has served on the board of several publicly traded companies. She currently serves on the board of NV5 Global, Inc. (member of the audit committee and chair of the compensation committee) and is a member of the Investor Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Her experience as an instructor, certified public accountant, and certified internal auditor has equipped her with invaluable skills in chairing our Audit and Compensation Committees.
