Cesar L. Alvarez
Co-Vice ChairmanCesar L. Alvarez has been a part of our Board since 1997, excluding a brief hiatus between 2015 and 2017. Cesar is the Senior Chairman of Greenberg Traurig, P.A., an international law firm that he helped build into one of the top ten law firms in the U.S. With degrees in law and an MBA from the University of Florida, Cesar brings significant legal expertise to our Board, including experience in securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. He serves on boards of two other public companies, including Precigen, Inc. (chair of the nominating and governance committee), a clinical stage pharmaceutical company and The St. Joe Company (member of the audit, compensation and governance committees), a long-standing Florida-based land development company. His entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience in corporate governance make him a vital member of our Board.
