  • Albert H. Nahmad

    Chief Executive Officer

    Albert H. Nahmad is a dynamic leader who has taken Watsco from an HVAC manufacturing facility to the largest distributor of HVAC products in the industry. He served as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of the Company since December 1972. In January 2016, Mr. Nahmad vacated the office of President and retained his roles as the Company’s Chairman and CEO focused on Watsco’s long-term vision, culture and strategic objectives. He holds an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Purdue University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico. Mr. Nahmad maintains an active role in a number of charitable organizations in South Florida.

    • Aaron (A.J.) Nahmad

      President

      Aaron J. Nahmad has served as the President of the Company since January 2016. Mr. Nahmad previously served as the Director of Global Business Development from 2005 until his election as Vice President of Strategy & Innovation in 2010, and as Vice President of Strategy & Innovation from 2010 until his election as President. He has also been a member of Watsco’s Board of Directors since November 2011. He holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. A.J. Nahmad is the son of Albert Nahmad, Watsco’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer since December 1972.

      • Barry S. Logan

        Senior Vice President & Secretary

        Barry S. Logan has served as our Senior Vice President since November 2003 and as Secretary since 1997. Mr. Logan served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to October 2003, as Treasurer from 1996 to 1998 and in other capacities beginning in 1992. Mr. Logan is a certified public accountant.

        Mr. Logan was has served as a member of the Board since 2011. The Board nominated Mr. Logan as a director because his long-term experience with Watsco makes his input particularly valuable to the Board.

        • Ana M. Menendez

          Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Ms. Menendez joined the Company as Vice President & Treasurer in 1998 and became CFO in November 2003. From 1997 to 1998, Ms. Menendez served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Ezcony Interamerica, Inc., a publicly held company. Ms. Menendez is a certified public accountant.
